Festbier
Festbier is an ode to a style that brings the spirit of Oktoberfest to life! Festively brewed with the finest Noble hops and German malts, this pours clear like spring honey, showcasing a harmonious balance of smooth malt sweetness, notes of fresh toast, and a touch of honey. With a light- medium body and a clean, dry finish it simply beckons you for more! It is a wonderful addition to any festive occasion, encouraging camaraderie and toasting to good times. Duke of Dabblers Belgian Triple
Brewed for the Rare Beer Club, this is indeed a rare beer from Sudwerk, as this is one of two Belgian styles we have produced. Sudwerk’s Tripel pours a beautiful golden/ burnt orange, wisps of yeast may follow, topped off with a pillowy eggshell foam. Right away you get aromas of clove phenols, banana esters, warming spice and coriander. Following up classic Belgian aromas are the plethora of flavors: clove, plantain, coriander, warming spices, dates, warmth from the alcohol, residual sweetness from Belgian candi sugar, swaying into snickerdoodle and a salient dry finish.
