When we first began brewing beer, we set out to make high quality German beers that would be loved for years to come. Since then we've continued to make classics like our Pilsner and Marzen, while also adding some other beers to our core, year-round line up.
The People's Pilsner
A Northern German-style Pilsner brewed in Davis, CA. This beer is brewed entirely with Weyermann Pilsner malt, true to the style. A special blend of Bavarian Hallertauer and Tettnang hops are used during brewing, adding to the clean finish. Winner of the coveted "Brewers Choice" award for 25 consecutive years and counting.

Bavarian Hefeweizen Wheat
An authentic, unfiltered, Bavarian - style wheat ale. Our Weizen yeast provides a distinctive aroma and flavor profile true to its Bavarian roots; spicy, slightly fruity, dry and refreshing. No fruit garnish necessary.

Small Town Hustle
An American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, and smooth mouthfeel, and often opaque with substantial haze. Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs but always massively hop forward. This emphasis on late hopping, especially dry hopping, with hops with tropical fruit qualities lends the specific ‘juicy’ character for which this style is known. A modern craft beer style originating in the New England region of the United States. Alchemist Heady Topper is believed to be the original example and inspiration for many other interpretations that grew in popularity in the early to mid-2010s. Brewers are continuing to innovate and evolve the style, with the style trending towards a less bitter presentation to the point of making a mockery of the term “IPA”.
