​​In 1850 a great tempest swept sand from the ruins of a Neolithic city in Scotland named Skara Brae. So too was the recipe for this malt-forward Ale unearthed and brought to life by the champions of the 2022 Iron Brew competition in which brave UC Davis student teams battle for the mark of best beer.
A portion of proceeds supports the Department of Food Science and Technology.
