Fundraiser Application

Thank you for your interest in holding a fundraiser at Sudwerk's taproom, The Dock! We enjoy being an active part of the community and are proud to donate a percentage of our draft sales back to causes we care about. Standard fundraising hours are from 4pm to 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and 2pm to 6pm on Sundays. Please complete the Fundraiser Application below.
